A visit to the Arafat Sweet shop - our tour guide, Jafar, treated us to some woderful sweets. The one closest to the camera is K'nafeh (or Kanafeh).38 viewsK'nafeh is made from honey, goat cheese, pistachio, butter, etc. It is a wonderful desert.
